How Does Delivery Work?

Online orders are processed for shipping once we have confirmed the availability of your items. The shipping cost depends on the package's total weight, the box's size, and your postal code.

In Quebec, for example, this means a fee of about $19 to $25 by the post office for a 1kg package. The actual cost charged by the carrier will be added to your total bill.

In Europe, such as France, it is about 50$CAD by mail or 25$CAD by boat. Please note that depending on your country, the products you choose must be accepted by customs to be delivered to you. If a product cannot be sent to you, Mother Earth Herbalism will contact the customer to discuss available options or proceed directly to the refund.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

In Canada, 4 days to one week, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

In Europe, you have two choices. By mail in two weeks or by boat in eight weeks.

How Does Communication by Email Work?

Emails are checked by our customer service from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except on vacations.

Can I Pick Up My Order in Person?

Yes, Mother Earth Herbalism has a point of service. 

 

Clinique Santé Aux Pieds Marins of Carleton-Sur-Mer can receive you at certain times from Monday to Thursday. You must call 581-886-2440 beforehand to find out when you can come in.

 

A delay of 2 to 5 days is possible since I am alone to coordinate everything, and you will have to present your purchase invoice when you arrive. Possibly 7 days when I am in the extensive planting or harvesting season.

My Package Is Damaged When I Receive It, What Can I Do?

Mother Earth Herbalism is not responsible for the carrier's stolen or lost packages or delivery errors. Please check your delivery address before confirming your order.

I Made a Mistake in My Address, and My Package Was Returned to You. What Happens If You Have to Send Me the Package Again?

You will be charged again for the postage you have already paid. That's why I encourage you to check your address as soon as you fill out the order form and go through the confirmation step.

 

If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, you would be charged a return shipping fee, and the total charge depends on your zip code.

Can I Make Refunds or Exchanges?

Only products with a manufacturing defect can be refunded. An exchange is then possible for an identical product. You must contact me within 10 days of the date of receipt of your purchase, a photo proof may be required and/or the return of your defective product.

 

No refund, except in case of an error on my part.
